BEYOND THE RÉSUMÉ
The person behind the systems
I am drawn to problems where the answer is not obvious. They require strong foundations, careful experimentation, and the patience to keep refining until the pieces form a coherent system.
My path across software engineering, data infrastructure, machine learning, research, and product development has taught me to move between ideas and implementation. I like to understand the complete system, from where the data comes from to how intelligence is evaluated and how the final experience becomes useful to another person.

About in depth
Engineering across the complete system
My engineering path began in Electronics and Communication Engineering at NIT Rourkela and later led me to an M.S. in Computer Engineering at New York University. Across industry and research, I have worked on data pipelines, retrieval and ranking systems, backend services, machine learning workflows, and interfaces that help people inspect and use intelligent outputs. The common thread is simple: I care about making difficult systems clear, reliable, and valuable.
I do not see data engineering, machine learning, and software engineering as separate disciplines. The most interesting products depend on all three. They need reliable data foundations, carefully evaluated intelligence, and software that makes the result useful.
I am most effective when I can understand those connections and help shape the system from beginning to end. I enjoy taking ambiguous, high-friction problems and turning them into dependable systems, whether that means designing data pipelines, building retrieval and ranking workflows, developing production APIs, or creating interfaces that make complex intelligence useful.
What I want my work to leave behind
I want to build systems that people can understand, trust, and extend. The best engineering does more than solve the immediate task. It creates a foundation that makes the next idea easier to explore, the next decision easier to defend, and the next person more capable than before.
Build with curiosity. Iterate with intent. Engineer for reliability.
